Ericsson-LG iPECS offers the most flexible communications platform today with the lowest overall cost of ownership experience. iPECS leads the way in Unified Communications offerings with advanced features customers demand in today’s mobile business environment. Built on a long history of reliable business communications experience, iPECS brings over forty years of expertise to an industry where many vendors offer solutions designed around third party hardware and outsourced software.

Ericsson-LG separate’s itself from the others by designing, manufacturing and supporting all of it’s own core hardware and software and stands behind it with an Industry leading five year warranty. As part of it’s value proposition, iPECS is a limited license model. All of the core system features and requirements are included in the basic platform. Only specialized requirements or advanced applications are subject to additional cost purchases. The result is the most flexible, full featured and affordable Unified Communications Offering in the market.

But all the features and applications are useless unless you can count on them performing day in and day out. Ericsson- LG designs in the highest level of reliability and flexibility starting with its hardened Linux based OS, flash based call processors, redundant power and processor availability, world renowned manufacturing and the most distributed architecture on the market today. iPECS offers a complete line of modern endpoints and can support IP, digital and analog, Wi-Fi and DECT wireless and multi-platform soft phones across the customer network to meet any environment’s needs. iPECS also scales to fit any business or governmental facility, supporting as few as 3 users and as many as 2400 in one call processor, iPECS always has the correct solution for today’s as well as tomorrow’s needs. When multi-site designs call for networked systems, only iPECS can offer three unique solutions to adapt to the WAN capacity and the customers requirements. Remote phones attach without the need for expensive and cumbersome VPN’s, iPECS’s Mobile Extension feature allows any telephone number to connect and utilize the full range of system features without any additional cost or software. T-Net transparent networking allows for single call processor control over many sites with seem less failover capability. And for lower bandwidth connections, QSig IP Networking allows multiple sites to connect to the iPECS network without a high bandwidth WAN required.
